DRY STORAGE

BUILDING M - OPEN BAY STORAGE FACILITY

This is the marina's newest facility. The shared building has 46 individual boat spaces, each equipped with a storage cabinet for your personal belongings, electricity, power outlets, and complimentary use of a hand lift to move your boat with ease.

Small spaces - 20'-7"x10'-6"
Large spaces - 23'-2"x10'-6"

GARAGES

Garage tenants have 24-hour sling use and walk through access. Drive through access is permitted 7 days a week, during store hours for your protection. There are restrooms, designated garbage bins, boat ramp access (for tenant's stored boat only), and access to fresh water and power. Restrictions apply for household units.

Small Unit Sizes - 19'-4"x8' and 21'-5"x9'-2"
Large Unit Sizes - 23'-2"x10'-5" and 24'x9'

WINTER STORAGE

For boaters that need a place to keep their boats safe and out of the elements, Narrows Marina offers non-heated winter storage. Winter storage rate is $10.89 a foot, overall length of boat and trailer.

OUTDOOR STORAGE

Outdoor storage spaces are offered for boats, RV's, and automobiles. Tenants have 24-hour drive through gate access and boat ramp use.

OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
  • First month's rent and a security deposit in advance
  • Copy of current boat registration
  • Copy of current boat insurance with Narrows Marina listed as additional insured.
  • Month to Month tenants are held to a 2-month minimum requirement; Household/Trailer/RV/Automobile tenants Month to Month contract only
  • 30-day written notice prior to vacating
  • Annual agreements end March 31st each year
  • No live-a-boards or subletting allowed
